Deposits, balances, refunds and force majeure — the terms that govern every Luxury Bali Villa Rental reservation for 2026.

A 50% deposit within 72 hours confirms your villa, the balance is due 60 days before arrival, and cancellations within 60 days forfeit the full booking.

Payment schedule
From deposit to final balance
Booking within 60 days of arrival? The full amount is due at reservation. Pay by international bank transfer or major credit card; processing fees may apply.

Reserve your villa
Your chosen villa is held once the reservation is confirmed.

Pay the 50% deposit
Due within 72 hours of confirmation; unpaid reservations may be released automatically.

Payment reminder
Sent about 70 days before arrival with the amount due and payment methods.

Settle the balance
Due 60 days before arrival so chefs, housekeeping and other services can be arranged.
Cancellation policy

Refunds depend on how much notice you give before arrival.
